2008 Web Training Sessions
Web training sessions or "Webinars" (Web + Seminar) can be accessed by anyone who has a high speed internet connection and a phone. Webinars begin at 1:15 PM unless otherwise noted. They are approximately 30 minutes long, however the sessions will last until all questions have been answered. The cost is FREE.
Each Webinar is limited to 6 connections. Several attendees in an organization may use one monitor and phone line. Popular Webinars will be repeated. Individual webinars for specific issues can also be scheduled.

May 28 Fund V8 Reconciling Payroll to Fund. A review of the process of reconciling the Payroll and Fund Accounting systems.
June 4 Payroll V9 Creating Contracts. A review of the options of how to create teacher contracts.
June 11 Fund V8 Closing the Fiscal Year. A review of the process of closing the fiscal year.
June 25 Fixed Assets Depreciating Fixed Assets. A review of the process of depreciating in the Fixed Assets System.
September 10 Fund V8 The Budget Process. How to use it for an easier budget process.
September 17 Fund V8 Accounting Reports. How to get least detail, then how to drill down to exceptions, supporting detail. Excel Export Reports. Recap Summary/Detail. Verify System Integrity. Reconciling Fund Accounting Reports. Understanding the Trial Balance.
October 22 Fund V8 Reconciling ClerkWorks with Fund accounting.
December 10 Fund V8 Closing the year end for Calender year organizations.
Municipal Geographic Management System (MGMS)
February 20 MGMS General overview for existing and new users. Includes how to add a permit, using actions and conditions. Attaching Images and Mapping, Creating Abutters lists. Using the Standard Reports.
February 27 MGMS System Setup. Changing views to what you want to see on the application screen, including renaming fields and changing the order. Setting up Standard Conditions, Fees and Actions. Security options. Using the Boilerplate Designer. Importing the Assessing data changes. This session may be 90 Minutes long.

April 23 NH Tax Deed Processing. A review of the deed processing including the letters, worksheet, and posting of the deeds.
April 30 NH Tax First Issue Billing. A review of the process of creating the commitment and bills for first issue billing.
August 20 NH Tax Preparing the MS-1 report. Reconcile Register to Trial Balance to Uncollected, tie Recap report to Registers and dates and tie MS61 to Trial Balance.
September 3 NH Tax Second Issue billing. How to reconcile with the first issue, set up and run the second issue.
