ClerkWorks™ is a Windows based software system designed to automate the registration and licensing functions within a municipal organization. The system also provides for the preparation of transfers, renewals, titles, and notifications. Use mailing or emailing features to send documents.
Windows multi-tasking allows multiple transaction processing, simultaneously. In addition, registration information can be verified, against a maintained database, as form entries are being made. The Collections segment adds all transactions for state, local, and miscellaneous fees to be paid for registrations, licenses, etc. Utilize the inventory management capabilities for maintaining accurate balances of items received and issued.
