BMSI Services

Program Customization

Most clients can use standard BMSI software. There are many options that allow the client to "do it their way". In the cases where there are special requirements, BMSI will customize its software to meet the client's requirements.

Implementation

BMSI has a standard implementation plan for installing its software. Each BMSI installation has a project manager. The BMSI project manager initially meets with the client to determine the details and timing of the plan. After the implementation has begun, there are regular conferences between the project manager and client to review how the implementaion is progressing.

Training

BMSI offers on-site, workshop and seminar training.

On-site training is usually provided for the initial implementation of BMSI software. However, BMSI training/support specialists are available to go on site when required.

Workshops are hands-on with one computer per person. They are limited to 8 people. Workshops are held at BMSI's office in Franconia, New Hampshire or as noted. The workshops starts at 9:00am and end at 4:00pm with a break for lunch.

Seminars are group training. They are limited to 12 people and do not include lunch. We want to have as many organizations as possible attend the seminars. Therefore, we reserve the right to limit the number of attendees from each organization if necessary. Seminars are held at BMSI's office in Franconia, New Hampshire or as noted. They start at 9:00am and end at 1:00pm with a coffee break at approximatedly 10:30. Current listing of seminars and workshops.

Support

BMSI provides support by phone, fax, modem and the Internet. Support is usually limited to questions about BMSI software. BMSI maintains a specialist on staff who can provide assistance with computer, operating system and network setup problems.
