Workshops
  • Hands on with one computer per person.
  • They are limited to 8 people.
  • Workshops are held at BMSI's office in Franconia, NH or as noted.
  • The workshops start at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM with a break for lunch.

Seminars
  • Group training, limited to 12 people and do not include lunch.
  • We want to have as many organizations as possible attend the seminars.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of attendees from each organization if necessary.
  • Seminars and workshops are held at BMSI's office in Franconia, NH.
  • Seminars start at 9:00 AM and end at 1:00 PM with a coffee break at approximately 10:30.

Webinars
  • Web training sessions or "Webinars" (Web + Seminar) can be accessed by anyone who has a high speed internet connection and a phone.
  • Webinars begin at 1:15 PM unless otherwise noted.
  • They are approximately 30 minutes long, however the sessions will last until all questions have been answered.
  • Each Webinar is limited to 10 participants.
  • Several attendees in an organization may use one monitor and phone line.
  • Popular Webinars will be repeated. Individual webinars for specific issues can also be scheduled.

2/23 User Group ClerkWorks ClerkWorks - This meeting is an opportunity for ClerkWorks users to get together and discuss any issues or areas of concern.  Your questions regarding procedure will be answered, and solutions will be demonstrated.  Franconia, NH - User Group Meeting is expected to last approximately 3 hours.

3/7 Webinar MGMS System Setup - Changing views to what you want to see on the application screen, including renaming fields and changing the order.  Setting up Standard Conditions, Fees and Actions.  Security options.  Using the Boilerplate Designer. Importing the Assessing data changes.  This session may be 90 minutes long.

4/4 Workshop NH Tax Collectors This workshop is designed for tax collectors that are new to the BMSI system. Franconia, NH.
4/18 Webinar NH Tax - Deed Processing A review of the deed processing including the letters, worksheet, and posting of the deeds.
